In conjunction with the 42nd anniversary of Kampung Sungai Besar Mosque, the mosque Takmir Committee held a Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony. It took place at the mosque, night of 31st December 2025.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs as Patron of the Kampung Sungai Besar Mosque Takmir Committee. The event included mass Fardu Maghrib Prayer, reading of Surah Yassin and Tahlil as well as Doa Kesyukuran.
